The challenge
Take a production company's discipline into a software product and see how far it holds. The concrete question: could a producer — not an engineering team — build a complete video generation app, with accounts, history and cost control, and leave it shipped and running. In one day.
Self-initiated. Termópilas doesn't publish client cases yet, so the brief for both of these came from the studio itself.
The process
01Define the genre before the interface
Eight genres, each with cinematic direction written for it: what light, what framing, what rhythm, what voice. The production work comes first; the app is what wraps those decisions.
02Full-stack on Higgsfield
React 19 with SSR on Cloudflare Workers and its own design system, Quanta. Sign in with Higgsfield for identity, D1/SQLite for per-user history.
03Real generation, not a mockup
Image-to-video with Seedance 2.0. Every user generates with their own account and their own credits, and sees a cost confirmation before each render. Nobody pays for a surprise.
04Ship the same day
Built and deployed end to end with Claude, and published on the Higgsfield marketplace with a campaign on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

The result
The app is shipped and running: upload a photo, pick a genre, get a cinematic episode starring and narrated by your dog. Eight genres, generation on the user's own account, persistent history and a cost confirmation before every render.
What this case shows is execution speed and pipeline control, not traction: it shipped to prove the process holds end to end, not to acquire users. It has no real usage and won't be sold as if it did.
